Hey!
First off, my names Helen. Hi! I'm 21, I live with my Fiance in Worksop and at the moment I am a carer for Learning disabled.
I don't have any particular talents but I enjoy writing poems and have now taken on the hobby of black and white photography.
So far I am the only model, so the photos are not as good as they can be. I have now enlisted the help of about 3 beautiful ladies that are willing to model for me, so hopefully I will offer you a variety of beautiful black and white photographs.
I would appreciate critique on the quality of the photos, regarding pose lighting and meaning rather that the models. Though, as they are young like myself, compliments will not be dismissed. Any vulgar or rude comments will be reported.
Please leave me as much feed back as you can.

Please vote in my poll and always feel free to yell at me in the shout box

My photos are not stock so please don't ask me if you can use them.
Thanks

Sorry I've not been submitting much. I'm living at my fiances and my powershot is back at my folks. Have taken some new ones but they are on my A560, I don't think they are as good. Still thought I should share them. xx
Love, peace and chocolate
Helen xxx
P.s. If any one would like to make me an avatar I'd much appreciate it, I am useless at that sort of thing but I'd like a more updated one.
How have you been?
I'll have to go through your gallery again at some point soon.
I've finally joined the OSX family and couldn't be happier about it lol. I can finally get rid of my lousy laptop *now where's that sledgehammer...
Take care and I'll
it was not a nasty comment nor was it hurtful!
Really liking those new B&W portrait shots!
You should grab a small tripod and set it up somewhere to stop the minor blurring? You can sort out the pose a little easier and remove the arm that's outstretched holding the camera lol
Keep'em coming!
Take care
Though I think the blurring works on a couple of the photos, but that might just be me
I guess the blurring can make a difference to a shot? It's each to his/her own in taste sometimes? It's all art for art's sake. Really great shots though! I hope you'll re-create them with the good camera (and optional tripod) as soon as you get it again!
I'll be waiting and watching (not in an evil way)
Take care now
Shauno.

"I don't have a photograph, but you can have my footprints. They're upstairs in my socks." Groucho Marx, from A Day At The Races.
I have been a little busy lately, to say the least, (gathering gear for setting up a home recording studio and other band commitments, preparing to move house etc.) that's why I haven't tried the self portraits as yet. But as soon a s I get a few minutes spare I will do it
I just got hold of a circular polarizing filter so I'm eager to try it out on something! I guess I'm as good of a test subject as anyone lol?
Keep those cool shots coming!
Take care Moon
Shauno.
